These private sessions are a massage, stress detox, and workout all in one. Based on your needs, a personalized program will be designed drawing upon but not limited to: Pilates, body rolling, somatic movement, and breathwork.

50 minute private lessons on a variety of Pilates equipment.
Exercises can be modified to provide improvement of strength and flexibility while addressing an individual’s needs and limitations.
