50 minutes private lessons
These private sessions are a massage, stress detox, and workout all in one. Based on your needs, a personalized program will be designed drawing upon but not limited to: Pilates, reflexology, body rolling, rebounding, stability ball, floor barre, and Intuitive Eating.
CLASSICAL PILATES SESSIONS
50 minute private lessons on a variety of Pilates equipment.
Exercises can be modified to provide improvement of strength and flexibility while addressing an individual’s needs and limitations.
