My method takes rounded, stiff bodies and provides pain relief, improved posture, and increased mobility and strength. My personal technique combines the classical Pilates equipment with unique breathing patterns and full-body movements to decompress the spine and strengthen the core. Our sessions will help you achieve your goal of a balanced, flexible, and strong body.
ALIGN | BALANCE | CALM
I use three techniques to help you calm and balance your nervous system: body rolling, breathwork, and somatic movement. These methods help to align all parts of your body while reducing inflammation and increasing organ function and circulation. We will hydrate your connective tissue (vital for mobility and injury prevention) and release tight muscles, built-up stress, and toxins. A bonus: It will feel fantastic like a massage and is especially helpful for those with anxious, overthinking minds!
