My body rolling and foot fitness routines improve posture, range of motion, and alignment in all parts of the body while reducing inflammation, increasing organ function and circulation. Through using my foam rolling and massage ball techniques, we will hydrate your connective tissue (vital for mobility and injury prevention) and release tight muscles, built-up stress, and toxins. A bonus: it will feel fantastic like a massage!
MOVE | STRENGTHEN
Movement and strengthening are vital to stress management and prolonged health. I use a unique combination of pilates, reflexology, rebounding, PBT exercises, and dynamic stretching to create a gentle but effective full-body workout that you and your body will love. These exercises will leave your body elongated and toned while strengthening your core, getting your heart rate up, and balancing out your musculature. No punishing workouts here. You’ll actually look forward to exercising!

When it comes to nourishing your body, there are so many different opinions, plans, diets, and confusion. I encourage you to nourish your body for energy, health, and joy through Intuitive Eating. I believe that having a pain free, thriving body means fueling your body properly while letting go of diet mentality.
